Three Case Studies

Filton Substation

Due to essential gas monitoring by others for the brown field site (This site was a historic tip) the programme had slipped by 6 months.
Programme risks included Japanese knot weed, confined spaces, soil contamination, extensive concrete and Tarmac to be removed, scope doubled from tender stage.
We successfully delivered to be able to facilitate the equipment delivery for the whole substation.  Please see photo for the size of the substation.

Westerleigh Substation

Ground remediation, encapsulation of Asbestos contaminated land.  Equipment delivered to site as per Network rail milestone.  A successful project handover with cost savings on strategic methods of removal to CAR 2012 of the Asbestos.

Oxford Spires Gym Extension

On this project we managed an Asbestos removal programme, a very high water table and an educational GCSE exam programme in the gym.

You can see the roof is going on with netting underneath for safety.

The project was handed back successfully for the January gym promotion membership sign up.
