I am a Portfolio/Programme/ Project Manager professional.  I have 18 years’ experience in construction and project environments.  I am a strong organisational change manager; effectively and efficiently delivering company outputs in line with the organisations strategic objectives.  

I am a Chartered member of the CIOB, a full Member of the APM and I use APMP Management and MSP to lead and mentor external and internal portfolio teams and stakeholders.  Through organizational change and preparation, I meet the organizations strategic vision and encourage beyond zero safety.

Project/programme process improvement and implementation. Performance reports and project resource planning, reviewing and updating schedules and programmes. Achievements: Programme date improvements through issue resolution, and planning facilitation.
